Hawaiian Mamaki Tea

Māmaki (pron: maah-mah-key) is a stingless nettle that only grows in Hawaiʻi and is a valued medicinal plant in lāʻau lapaʻau, indigenous Hawaiian healing, for its soothing, energizing, and tonifying benefits. Drinking this tea may help to: ・Relieve stress and tension ・Gently energize the mind + body ・Maintain cholesterol levels already within the normal range ・Maintain healthy blood sugar levels as part of a healthy diet ・Maintain a healthy heart & gut Add pure boiled water to 1 - 2 g (about 1 tbsp worth) of loose tea per cup; increase amount for pots.
